Hold Fast Till He Comes….

But that which ye have already hold fast till I come
(Revelation 2:25).

The Lord won’t ask you to hold fast to that which
you’ve received if there wasn’t the possibility
of losing it. For instance, people lose their healing; they
receive healing from God and after sometime, maybe
due to carelessness or not walking in the Word, they
lose the healing. So, as a Christian, it’s important you
stay in the Word. The Word of God is your life, and
every day presents opportunities for you to live-out the
Word; to keep the faith and maintain your confession
of who Jesus is and all He means to you.
Nothing should ever make you take your gaze
and focus off the Master; He’s all that truly matters.
Protect your love for Him, and your passion for the
Gospel. Love the Lord selflessly, with an undying
passion. Refuse to allow anger or bitterness douse
your zeal, fervency, and effectiveness in ministering
to others. Hebrews 12:15 says, “Looking diligently
lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root
of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby
many be defiled.”
Imagine a Christian who was fervently involved
in soul-winning, and suddenly stopped winning souls;
became cold about the things of God, because
someone offended him. All the while he was winning
souls and establishing the kingdom of heaven everywhere, there was a crown of righteousness
awaiting him; but because he stopped, he’ll lose it; someone else is going to get it.
Don’t let anything quench your love and passion for the Lord. To see someone else doing what the Lord had told you to do which you didn’t do, is one of the deepest pains in life. When God called Saul to be king of Israel, He promised him an eternal dynasty, but he
lost it, and David got it. Don’t take the privilege of your service to God for granted. In Luke 19:40 (MSG), He said, “…If they kept quiet, the stones would do it for
them, shouting praise.” Whatever He’s deposited in you, whatever responsibility He’s given you, hold fast to it, for the end of all things is near. The Word of His grace and
His salvation has been communicated to you. You’ve been endowed with the ability and grace to lead
people to Christ, unveiling to them the mysteries of the Kingdom; keep at it; there’s a crown of glory waiting for you at the end.
Confession
I press on toward the goal to
win the prize for which God,
in Christ Jesus, has called me.
The Lord is my strength and my
shield; my heart trusts in Him,
and I’m helped and energised.
He has begun a good work in
me, and I’m yielded to Him to
perfect His work in, and through
me now and forever, in Jesus’
Name. Amen.

Honda S Dream Streamliner Is Now Fastest Car Honda Ever Made

The Honda and its Honda S Dream Streamliner, which set a brand-new FIA world record for a vehicle in its Category-A Group-1 Class-4 by knocking a normal top speed of 261.875 mph over the flying mile at the Salt Flats. It also affixed a normal of 261.96 mph over the flying kilometer. The Dream Streamliner finished its content using a heavily altered model of the 660-cc three cylinder engine that was designed for the Honda S660. Using that 660-cc engine to set the world speed record remained company’s main objective said by Keisuke Tsuta in a press merchandise.

The record-setting run may have looked uncomplicated as the affixed moment of 261.865 mph over the flying mile was already faster than the 227.776 mph it set on the first day of the fight to end the FIA record. Getting there, though, were to be the strenuous part as the faction moved through every retreat and depression of the S660 engine and worked on its elements to get three times the power than the engine was able of making in capital form.

Several runs soon acted place, including some at the Bonneville Speed Week where the team was unable to come the speed it needed to end the record. Despite all of the contents that the team had in preparing the Dream Streamliner, the vehicle stood gangling when it was finally moment to strive the world record run, not only becoming the swift vehicle in its collection, but also becoming the swift vehicle Honda has ever created, brooding the room Honda F1 race vehicle that knocked a normal top speed of 246.9 mph over the flying mile at the Salt Flats in 2006.

Honda’s record-setting run is a large determination for the company as it reinforces the content within the Japanese manufacturer that it is able of enormous things if it collections its cognition to it. The action is especially more superb thinking all of the difficulties the team encountered along the path. There were issues with the engine, canopy design, with failed strive at Bonneville Speed Week.

All of these difficulties could’ve compelled Honda to elevate its guardianships and call off the whole situation. But it spent on and the phenomenons have certainly made it all worthy it for Honda. And for what it’s worthy, the accepted record normal top speed wasn’t the swift the faction earned during its run. The streamliner actually went fast on one of its advanced runs, coming a normal top speed of 266 mph. Unfortunately, that strive could not be accepted because the vehicle was not able to replicate the speed on its return run as demanded by FIA rules. Honda commodities have triumphed dozens of motorsports championships throughout the world, dominating tournament at heroic locations from Indianapolis to Monaco, and on surfaces being from the seashores of Dakar to the dust of Carlsbad.

But this ago week, a bold team of youthful Honda people acted to the Salt Flats of Bonneville, Utah to position the swift speed ever saved for a honda vehicle. Not only did the Honda position a brand-new FIA World Record of 261.875mph(1mile), 261.966mph(1km) for a vehicle in its collection (Category-a team-1 collection-4), it affixed a speed faster than any Honda-powered vehicle ever including the record opened by room Honda F1 vehicle at Bonneville in 2006, by using a 660cc engine three cylinder designed for the Honda S660 sports vehicle. The project Bonneville Speed Challenge was internally publicized at Honda R&D in Japan in 2015 and 16 associates were appointed from an excavation of 100 servicemen, including the project leader Keisuke Tsuta, to make the vehicle that would be known as the Honda S-Dream, to attain world speed record with 660cc engine.

Robots: 90% unemployment and why entrepreneurs will rise

AI (Artificial Intelligence) and robots threaten to unleash mass unemployment, scientists warn

Intelligent robots threaten millions of jobs

Advances in artificial intelligence will soon lead to robots that are capable of nearly everything humans do, threatening tens of millions of jobs in the coming 30 years, experts warned Saturday.

"We are approaching a time when machines will be able to outperform humans at almost any task," said Moshe Vardi, director of the Institute for Information Technology at Rice University in Texas.

"I believe that society needs to confront this question before it is upon us: If machines are capable of doing almost any work humans can do, what will humans do?" he asked at a panel discussion on artificial intelligence at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Vardi said there will always be some need for human work in the future, but robot replacements could drastically change the landscape, with no profession safe, and men and women equally affected.

"Can the global economy adapt to greater than 50 percent unemployment?" he asked.

Transform manufacturing

Automation and robotization have already revolutionized the industrial sector over the last 40 years, raising productivity but cutting down on employment.

Job creation in manufacturing reached its peak in the United States in 1980 and has been on the decline ever since, accompanied by stagnating wages in the middle class, said Vardi.

Automation and robotization have revolutionized the industrial sector over the last 40 years,
raising productivity but cutting down on employment

Today there are more than 200,000 industrial robots in the country and their number continues to rise.

Today, research is focused on the reasoning abilities of machines, and progress in this realm over the past 20 years has been spectacular, said Vardi.

"And there is every reason to believe the progress in the next 25 years will be equally dramatic," he said.

By his calculation, 10 percent of jobs related to driving in the United States could disappear due to the rise of driverless cars in the coming 25 years.

According to Bart Selman, professor of computer science at Cornell University, "in the next two or three years, semi-autonomous or autonomous systems will march into our society."

He listed self-driving cars and trucks, autonomous drones for surveillance and fully automatic trading systems, along with house robots and other kinds of "intelligence assistance" which make decisions on behalf of humans.

"We will be in sort of symbiosis with those machines and we will start to trust them and work with them," he predicted.

"This is the concern because we don't know the rate of growth of machine intelligence, how clever those machines will become."

The Pentagon has requested $19 billion for developing intelligent weapons systems

Control?

Will the machines remain understandable for the humans? Will humans will be able to control them? Will they remain a benefit for humans, or pose harms?

These questions and more are being raised anew due to recent advances in robotic technology that allow machines to see and hear, almost like people.

Selman said investment in artificial intelligence in the United States was by far the highest ever in 2015, since the birth of the industry some 50 years ago.

Business giants like Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Tesla, run by billionaire Elon Musk, are at the head of the pack.

Also, the Pentagon has requested 19 billion for developing intelligent weapons systems.

What is concerning about these new technologies is their ability to analyze data and execute complex tasks.

This raises concerns about whether humans might one day lose control of the artificial intelligence they once built, said Selman.

It's a concern that some of the world's great minds have raised too, including British astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who warned in a BBC interview in 2014 that the consequences could be dire.

"It would take off on its own, and re-design itself at an ever increasing rate," he said.

"Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn't compete, and would be superseded," he added.

"The development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race."

These questions have led scientists to call for the establishment of an ethical framework for the development of artificial intelligence, as well as safeguards for security in the years to come.

Last year Musk—the owner of SpaceX—donated 10 million to resolve such concerns, deeming artificial intelligence potentially more dangerous than nuclear weapons.

For Wendel Wallach, an ethicist at Yale University, such dangers require a global response.

He also called for a presidential order declaring that lethal autonomous weapons systems are in violation of international humanitarian law.

"The basic idea is that there is a need for concerted action to keep technology a good servant and not let it become a dangerous master."

Online Basics Your Business Needs to Survive

Online Basics Your Business Needs to Survive

Want to build a reputation for modernity for your small business? These are the bare minimums you need. It’s no secret that the internet has taken over the world. Many of us would now have a difficult time living without it, as we rely on it to find information for common questions, directions to our destinations and interactions with the people in our lives.

Countless businesses have leveraged the internet's ubiquity and power to fuel their own popularity and success, but a number of businesses are still reluctant to get involved in the online marketing game — usually due to fears of cost, or even intimidation at the notion of change.

But you don’t need to go all-out with an online strategy. If you want to build a reputation for your business — or at least satisfy your existing customers — there are some online basics you’ll need to put in place. Here are the bare-minimum features every modern business should have:

A website

If you don’t have a website, you’re behind the times. Your website is the hub for the rest of your inbound marketing strategy, serving as the final destination for your directional efforts. It's the place where people can reach out and contact you, giving you the opportunity to gain new customers and leads. Even more importantly, a website is a place where people already familiar with your brand can find more information about you, such as where you’re located and what your services are. It’s also a marker of legitimacy; if a prospective customer finds out you don’t have a website, he or she may not take you as seriously, or believe you don’t keep pace with modern trends.

A social media presence

Having some kind of social media presence is also important. It’s not absolutely necessary to post every day or go out of your way to build an audience (though I highly encourage this), but you should at least fill out the basic information in profiles on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Again, social media serve as a marker of legitimacy, showing the “realness” and modernity of your company. It’s also a way to get in front of people who are specifically searching for you on these outlets.

A base of local citations

Local citations are brief entries or descriptions of your company in off-site locations, such as third-party local directories or review sites. Chances are, even if your business doesn’t have a website or social media profile, it’s already got a handful of local citations in existence due to customer reviews or mentions of your business. Because they’re there, you might as well take advantage of them. Peruse popular sites like Yelp or TripAdvisor, and make any needed corrections to information like your company name, address and phone number. Local citations are good for local SEO and general visibility alike.

Regular updates

It’s not enough simply to establish a presence; you also have to take the effort to update that presence whenever necessary to keep your audience in the loop. An important example: If your company changes locations, you’ll need to update your address on your website, social media profiles and possibly your local citations, as well. The same is true if you change your hours or offer new products or services. Take the effort to keep your audience updated.

Easy contact options

Much of the reason you need an online presence is to give online users an easier way to connect with you; you’ll want to make that potential connection as easy as possible by including many varied contact options. For example, you’ll need to at least include a phone number and contact form on your website, and perhaps a live chat feature as well. You’ll also need to reliably respond to people who reach out to you on social media channels.

Beyond the basics

If you have the preceding five basics in place, you can count yourself as meeting the minimum threshold for modern visibility. But if you want to go beyond them, you can start getting involved in some entry-level strategies to afford you some measure of escalation and improvement:

  • Optimization. Optimization (specifically search engine optimization — SEO) is the process of making changes to your site and online presence to increase its visibility in search engines like Google.
  • Ongoing content. Developing an ongoing content strategy will help you stay relevant to your social media audience, provide more information to your customers, increase customer loyalty and brand recognition and even improve your search rankings. I highly encourage maintaining a regular blog.
  • Social engagement. Reach out to new people who might be interested in your brand on social media. Building an audience will make you more authoritative, and might even earn you some new leads.
  • Growth. Once you get your foot in the door, you'll find it easier to escalate the visibility and reputation of your brand with more content, more followers, and more online marketing tactics. For help with growing your business online.

Try to keep an open mind about the possibilities for online marketing, even if your industry is an old one, and even if you’re used to more traditional means of marketing and advertising. Simply establishing a baseline presence can have an enormous benefit for your current and potential future customers alike, providing information, direction, and additional visibility.

But, by going beyond that level, with a framework for a content marketing and SEO campaign, you’ll start seeing traffic and engagements within a matter of weeks.

be Professional. be Personal. be Successful.

By The Guardian, UK

If all this swiping to meet contacts sounds too work-centric, Juan Imaz might have the service for you. The Madrid-based founder of beBee believes too many people are thinking too hard about finding contacts that do the same job as them, when actually the best business contacts can come about through shared interests.

BeBee’s focus is to reach out to people who share the same hobby or passion and might also want to do business together further down the line. Within its first year of launch, it claims to have attracted 11 million users, mostly in Spain and Latin America. Discussions are ongoing over launching the service in the UK.

“Whenever you meet a business contact there may be some chat about work and your industry but the main topics of conversation will be what your interests are and what you have in common,” explains Imaz.

BeBee’s focus is to reach out to people who share the same hobby or passion
The idea, he adds, is that people “form groups, or hives as we call them, such as ‘marketers who love football in London’ or whatever it happens to be.”

Imaz met many of the people he has hired through the site and regularly meets contacts in the tech industry through a group for people who love scuba-diving.

Ghostwriter Paul Croubalian believes beBee understands that business is about people and credits the service with providing the deepest engagement with potential clients, often through a shared love of food.

“Certainly it provides way more engagement than all other sites that I am on,” he says. “I recently earned a contract with a multinational with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. That is a substantial amount of business for me, worth about $150,000 over the next nine months or so.”

Whether it involves swiping right to arrange a coffee with a nearby contact or striking up a chat about a shared passion with a potential new business partner, this new generation of networking apps are making it simpler to do something productive – rather than just building a huge list of contacts you are unlikely to ever meet.

beBee is a professional network through passions. Personal interests generate more much engagement, deeper and longer business relationships. Join NOW!!   https://www.bebee.com/bee/franklin-coetzee

Are You Making Any of These Marketing Mistakes?

Are You Making Any of These Marketing Mistakes?

I recently hit a wall in one of my businesses, recognizing that I was making some critical marketing mistakes. But until that moment, I hadn't realized that I myself was an offender. Credit the power of networks: I had the perfect contact in mine to help me fix the error of my ways and stop making the (common) mistakes I was making.

Enter Margo Aaron, founder of That Seems Important, a site that explores the intersection of marketing, psychology, and entrepreneurship (because she herself is an expert in each of these areas).

“I’ve always been curious about what makes people tick, what motivates behavior, and why we do the things we do," Aaron told me. After she completed graduate school at Columbia and went into marketing, she became what she calls a "de facto translator" between academia and the real world. "I started my consulting practice shortly thereafter and continued to ‘translate’ psychological research into marketing and eventually business,” Aaron said.

She added that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing. "It doesn’t matter what the ‘industry norm’ is," she said. "It matters that your approach connects with your target market. That’s it.

"The only thing that really matters is your customer: Who is she? Where is she? What does she want? The answer to those questions is your marketing strategy.” Here are the mistakes that you, as did I, might be making and Aaron's advice on how to avoid them:

Spending too much on paid ads

"Most entrepreneurs who rush to paid ads are doing so because they want to automate their funnel and scale out of the gate. A better approach is to build a relationship with your customers first. Once you get to know them, you’ll know where, how and when to reach them with a paid ad,” Aaron says.

Paid ads, of course, have value. They make sense when “Your cost per acquisition [CPA] is less than your customer lifetime value [CLV],” says Aaron. If it costs you more to get a customer than he or she is worth, your business loses money. If you don’t yet know what a customer is worth, it’s hard to know if you’re wasting money. “Paid ads are also useful when you understand which metrics are useful to you [impressions versus sales, for example], or when you know what benefit to lead with and what call-to-action to employ,” Aaron explains.

Jumping into affiliate marketing too quickly

The goal is to develop a relationship with your affiliate and his or her audience before you start selling them something, Aaron says. This can be a lot of work, but it’s valuable. “To start going after affiliates when you’ve never sold anything before is like a meeting someone at a conference who immediately asks you for money for charity," she says. "It’s a great cause, but you just met this person. He hasn’t earned your trust yet.” The affiliate approach seems easier because you can piggyback off someone else’s existing relationship with his or her audience. But you don’t want your first impression to be transactional. You want it to be relationship first.  Especially if you’re building a brand.

Broadcasting updates on social media

Like the methods described before, social media is an important, if not critical, tool in most businesses marketing plans. However, if your first approach is to write something like: "Hey guys, just launched a new website and you should check it out!," you run the risk of being annoying rather than valuable to your audience, Aaron says. “That’s what we call ‘broadcasting’ — it’s when you scream at people instead of talking with or to them,” she explains.

Broadcasting your message is no longer effective. “People don’t appreciate being yelled at; they want to be spoken to like a human, Aaron continues. "They want a relationship with you (or your brand). Social platforms are designed to be social. When you broadcast a message, you prevent yourself from being able to connect with your audience. Marketing today hinges on the relationship you have with your audience — through a connection."

What's more, if you haven’t done the hard work of building a relationship with your audience, no one will see your broadcasted messages anyway (certainly not on Facebook or Instagram these days). “The algorithms make it so you must have a relationship [evidenced by proxy metrics] before they share your content with your followers,” Aaron says.

And, here, a lot of entrepreneurs believe that they have to be on every social media platform; they overwhelm themselves trying to keep up. You only need to be where your customers are. If your customers don’t use Facebook, don’t build a Facebook presence, Aaron says.

Hiring 'experts' to do things for you that you don’t fully understand yourself

“There is something about marketing that makes smart people feel stupid," Aaron says. "I get it because it’s how I feel when I talk to a lawyer: like they’re speaking another language. Trouble is, if you don’t understand what you’re paying for, you’re going to get duped.”

Don’t be afraid to ask questions until you get an answer that makes sense to you, she says. If you’re confused, you may be dealing with someone who is also confused and won’t get you the results you’re looking for. Experts should be able to explain the fundamentals to you in an easily digestible way.

Reaching out to friends and family

If you sell organic yoga mats specifically for new moms, unless all your friends and family are new moms who do yoga and care about organic labeling, they’re not your market. Don't reach out to them as if they were, Aaron advises.

Doing nothing while you're 'getting all your ducks in a row'

“We love doing nothing. Doing nothing feels safe," Aaron  says. "[But] it’s not really 'nothing.' It’s waiting, preparing, getting all our ducks in a row. You’re doing a lot of work while you’re doing nothing." There will always be many legitimate reasons for you not to act, she says. Delaying for its own sake is really about fear of what others will think, and about the desire for perfectionism. There’s a famous saying by Reid Hoffman, "If you're not a little embarrassed when you launch your product, then you've waited too long."

No Condemnation…No Death

There is therefore now no condemnation to them
which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the
flesh, but after the Spirit (Romans 8:1).

Nobody will go to hell today or be condemned
because of sin, for Jesus was already
condemned for our sins; He paid the full penalty for
sin. Therefore, the primary reason people will go to hell
is unbelief; it’s for not believing and accepting God’s
testimony of His Son. It’s for rejecting God’s love which
He demonstrated in the sacrifice of His Son, for the
propitiation of our sins.
The Bible says, “For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life” (John 3:16). To reject His love is to
embrace eternal condemnation. When you love the
Lord with all your heart, you’re free from any form of
condemnation. And that love has been shed abroad in
our hearts by the Holy Ghost (Romans 5:5), such that
not only are we able to love the Lord, we also walk in,
and manifest His love to others.
Furthermore, the one who walks in love has passed
from death unto life: “We know that we have passed
from death unto life, because we love the brethren.

He that loveth not his brother abideth in death” (1  John 3:14). Romans 8:2 says, “For the law of the Spirit
of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law
of sin and death.” Eternal life was activated in your
spirit when you were born again. Death isn’t at work
in you; life is, because you’re a child of God.
The law of the Spirit of life has made you free
from the law of sin and death. So, you’re death-free!
When God says He’s made you death-free, it means
you’re off death’s limits! Whatever kind of death it may
be, whether death in business, finances, health, etc.;
you’re off their limits, because life is at work in you.
Blessed be God!

Confession
I’m crucified with Christ;
nevertheless I live; yet not I,
but Christ lives in me; and the
life which I now live in the flesh
I live by the faith of the Son of
God, who loved me, and gave
Himself for me! Christ is my life,
and I dwell in Him in the realm
of His divine love. Therefore,
I’m free from sin, death, and
the Law! I’m a partaker of His

divine nature!
